Frankie the manager who immediately put me at ease

The reason we chose Twizzle Tops was through a recommendation, I did of course search the Internet for the local nurseries and as you know a very anxious mummy I searched high and low for the right ofsted reports, show around and meeting managers and staff.

I finally plucked up the courage to go and see the nursery, I met with Frankie the manager who immediately put me at ease, she literally took every ounce of my stress and anxiety away from me, she knew things about Killian that was just mind blowing. She knew from his first visit that there was a need for Killian. 

Frankie and the team helped me access the funding for the two year old room. Since then I have not looked back and cannot recommend this nursery enough.
