I’m a passionate Early Years Manager who is willing to go that extra mile in order to provide excellent care for the children in our setting. I constantly look at ways of improving the service we provide through self evaluation, professional development, teamwork and through our strong parent partnership events.

I truly believe that children flourish if their learning environment is stimulating and secure. Therefore, I believe the most important task at hand is to make sure all our children reach their full potential through continuous guidance, varied and engaging activities and excellent care. My vision for Twizzle Tops Wembley is to be the leading nursery in Wembley both in care and education.

• Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young people’s workforce
