We strive to mirror the childcare that you give your child at home including the feeding habits, nappy changes and sleep routines you use; all made possible through working closely with your child’s nominated Key Carer.
Creative play is the perfect platform to help toddlers develop. At the Nursery, all activities are carefully planned and structured within a caring, nurturing environment.
Tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage, fun, stimulating games and play topics are designed to build the toddler’s self-confidence, develop their language skills and to ensure they enjoy early maths. Regular story-time is also held to teach children how to relax.
Pre-School is an exciting adventure for our young charges ensuring they leave the Nursery feeling confident, happy and ready for primary school.
Music, science experiments, creative and garden play all feature in the weekly fun-filled educational activities. All carefully planned and led by qualified Nursery teachers, the activities follow the Key Areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
The type of teaching is enormously varied and we combine both adult led and child initiated activities to encourage independent learning.
Fantastic & Friendly Day Nursery
Both of my children attended Southchurch Twizzle Tops from 1-5 years old, and I can’t fault the service and professionalism of the staff.
I loved that they have separate rooms for each age group, which meant they were learning at the correct level and building social skills with similar aged children.
They loved the huge outdoor play area, which was used all year round! Seeing the children eat picnics outside and enjoying the fresh air was a delight.
They both left with extensive learning records, which we passed onto the school teachers. Thank you for the wonderful memories and caring for our children as though they were like their own.
