This is something that we truly believe in and promote on a daily basis, encouraging children to pick their activities on their own, boosting their independence.
The aim of our team is to provide each and every child with a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment, and a nursery care plan that is also diligently crafted to meet each individual’s needs.
Not only does Twizzle Tops South Woodham Ferrers have three amazing, fully resourced rooms, but they also have exclusive access to Marsh Farm Animal Adventure Park providing a fun, natural environment, full of outdoor activities, animal interaction and exciting events.
Children will enjoy everything from physical play within the soft play area, to learning how to care for the animals, including pony grooming, pig feeds, collecting chicken eggs and even witnessing lambing in the spring.

Our daughter has been at Twizzle Tops Nursery for 2 days a week since she was 9 months old and will be starting school in September; Twizzle Tops has therefore played a huge role in her life.

Twizzle Tops enjoys working alongside the local community authorities as well as other agencies to ensure we get the best support, which in turn will help your child reach their potential. The staff at our day nursery, combined with the resources they use, are carefully selected to ensure that we meet the Early Years Curriculum as outlined by the Government. The framework of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) puts your child’s needs first, allowing us to plan their day around their abilities, interests and requirements.
The Twizzle Tops team works in partnership with parents to ensure that your child is given a unique experience, with plans built around their personal needs. As part of our comprehensive caring service, each parent and child is designated a Key Person who, at the end of each session, will inform you of how your child’s day has been. All Twizzle Tops parents will receive regular newsletters and are given the opportunity to attend parent’s meetings throughout the year. Regular communication is crucial and we encourage parents to update us as much as we update them.
