The Role:
An early years setting that provides exceptional care and education to their children is looking for a Nursery Manager to join the team.

What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team, manage effectively and efficiently, uphold positive working relationships and be an effective mentor and role model.
- Partner with senior management and EY Professionals to ensure continuous improvement and meet Ofsted standards through collaboration.
- Provide safe, high-quality education and care for children attending
- Fulfil legal and statutory requirements
- Be responsible for the management of day-to-day financial operations by meeting financial targets and managing the occupancy ensuring maximum capacity.
- Agree and set nursery goals and monitor the achievement of progress against targets alongside the Twizzle Tops Senior Team.
- Monitor and assess the quality of your nursery ensuring that policies and procedures, best practice and standards are maintained daily.
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children’s individual needs, and empower the parents to be partners in their children’s learning.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children and team members at Twizzle Tops
Essential:
- 2+ years of Nursery Management experience
- 5+ years of experience working in an Early Years setting
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Excellent working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance.
- Knowledge and proven practical experience of implementing good quality learning opportunities and leading a team’s professional development.
- Knowledge and experience of child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities and SEN/Inclusion and experience of supporting and leading a team.
- Experience of working with other agencies to ensure children can access support they need to flourish.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality learning opportunities through team collaboration and best practice
